Delaware Warehouse Burglary Leads to Two Arrests

New Castle, DE – Delaware State Police have apprehended two men, Raymond Disabatino, 55, of New Castle, and Mark Roca, 52, of Wilmington, in connection with a burglary at a New Castle area warehouse. The incident occurred early Monday morning.

Responding to a burglary report, troopers arrived at Snow Joe, located at 794 School House Road, New Castle, around 12:00 AM on January 29. During their search of the premises, troopers discovered Disabatino and Roca inside the building. They were arrested without resistance.

Further investigation led to the discovery of Roca’s pickup truck on the premises, where stolen power tools and equipment, valued at over $1,500, were recovered. Both Disabatino and Roca were transported to Troop 2 and face multiple felony charges.
